User call the Dictatei "Toll Free Number" from anywhere within the continental USA and when asked should enter their unique user id and start dictating. User have an option of listening his recording if needed and then hang up the phone. This dictation is then send back to you in WAV format in whichever mode of file transfer you have choosen(Email or FTP). Users can use any WAV compatible software to play his files.
